Le Moulin de Roumégas is an 18th century watermill on the Vers river in the heart of the Lot. Our converted barn, shown left, has a swimming pool and accommodates between 2 and 8 guests.

The gite is available in two configurations: Le Grand Moulin is ideal for groups of up to eight guests, and includes four double bedrooms over two floors.
For smaller groups of up to four, Le Petit Moulin offers good value. For this option, the lower floor of the house is closed off, and guests have the use of two bedrooms and the fully-equipped upper floor.

Whatever your needs, the 2 floors are never let separately, you will always have complete privacy.

The Property:

The gîte is in a converted stone barn, across a minor road from the main house and pool, it is comfortable, well-equiped and completely self-contained.The flexible accommodation any size group from 2 to 8. For families up to 4 the upper floor provides a double room and a twin room. For larger groups the optional lower floor, also completely self contained, sleeps an additional 4 in one double and one twin room. There is also a double sofa-bed on the lower floor.

Outside, a stream runs through the tranquil garden, and there is a 10x5 metre swimming pool. The gîte has its own patio area and there is a further barbecue area on the patio beside the pool.
